Beskrivning
Beautiful and newly redecorated and renewed 110 square meter apartment with beautiful ocean view at the waterfront in the heart of Akureyri.
This apartment has two bedrooms, one with King Size bed and a bunk bed, the other with Queen Size bed. The living room has nice furniture, 52” flat screen TV and a free Wi Fi access in the apartment. The sofa in the living room can be changed into a comfortable bed for two. The living room and the bedrooms turn south with a great ocean view over the fjord. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. Washing room with a washing machine and a dryer is inside the apartment. There are made up beds for 7 persons + the possibility with the sofa bed for 2 persons, in total, room for 9 persons.
Bed linen is included and towels provided.
The apartment is one first floor, only 360 m from the town square but far enough from the noisy nightlife.
There is plenty of free parking places just outside the building.
There is less than 5 minutes’ walk to the centrum square of Akureyri where you can find various restaurants and shops for clothing, souvenirs, outdoor activities and etc. The swimming pool is nearby as well as bakery and Hof - the cultural and conference center of North Iceland, where you can find the official Tourist information center of Akureyri and surrounding areas. The central gym Atak, with Aqua Spa is located only few steps away from the apartment.

Akureyri is often called the “capital of the North Iceland“, due to high service standard and the role it plays for this part of Iceland.
