OUR 4X4 CAMPING CARS
We have two sizes of 4X4 vehicles for our customers to choose from, a smaller Suzuki Jimny or a bigger Suzuki Vitara and a Ford Escape.
To maintain high levels of safety for our clients, all our vehicles undergo rigorous inspections by authorized mechanics and regular mandatory inspections by Icelandic authorities.
The smaller vehicle is suitable for two persons with luggage, and the larger is suitable for four persons with luggage. All our vehicles comes with a Roof Top Tent.
The Roof Top Tent included on the rental car is easy to operate, and comes with a hard top and bottom. It just requires you to release the locking system at the back of the box, and the top will rise all the way up, and your tent is ready. The tent has good insulation and water repellent sides.
Inside you will find a mattress, pillows and linens. Extra duvets, sheets and blankets are available for an additional charge. Also, for a small additional fee you can get the "Kitchen Box" that includes a gas stove, pot, dishes, cutlery/utensils, a water tank, hot water thermos, all fitted in one box at the back of the vehicle. You supply the groceries, and we supply everything else you need to fix a great meal. Please alert us to any special needs or requests when making your reservation. We will try to accommodate them, whenever possible.
Our camping car package provides you with a reliable and comfortable transportation to reach some of the most beautiful spots in the world. Drive and tour all day knowing that you can relax later that night in the comfort of your own tent. Your trip is truly on your time schedule.
