The road to success is non-linear, and the score is not an indication of learning. At GLT, we take time to educate individuals on the most up to date research regarding how performance can be enhanced or interfered with through training environments. A coach must understand the role of the parents, family, the individual’s motivation, and multiple other factors such as the bio-psycho-social make up of their students to further increase their potential.
