Beskrivning
Munnskjenk is a part of the cocktailbar and distillery, HIMKOK. Its placed in our backyard - where you can enjoy drinks and food from our outdoor summer kitchen. In addition we have live jazz music every Wednesday and Thursday.
The kitchen offers the Canadian ultimate comfort food, Poutine. Poutine is a dish created in Quebec in the 1950’s consisting of fries, cheese and piping hot gravy.
The word «poutine» is rumored to mean «mess» in old french slang. But, in this project we aim to elevate the traditional Poutine by using fresh, homemade ingredients. We take great pride in our dish since we hand cut all our fries and they are cooked in a process that takes three days to come up with the perfect fry - and thats the reason for why we called our fries Triple cooked fries. Our gravies are homemade from a traditional Quebec recipe and all our dishes are made from scratch.
