Beskrivning
We want to hold the space for you to learn and share yoga in small groups and a warm, personal and allowing environment. Yes, yoga is about doing postures – but most of all it is an approach to life. Yoga brings harmony and balance in all aspects of life. It is a path to find your inner stillness, the place where you detach from swirling emotions and thoughts. The place where you can rest and listen to your heart.
We teach Sama yoga, which is based on healing and balancing the body through traditional hatha yoga and emotional growth using the wisdom of Vedanta philosophy. We also integrate the beautiful Yin yoga in some classes - a form of yoga/body meditation with gentle long held postures.
We teach in english and swedish. All classes start with a warm up followed by a series of yoga postures with a specific intention. We end
with a closing meditation and deep relaxation. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring your own yoga mat, or borrow one from us!
