Who is Peter?
Why should you listen to a former monk and noise musician, an ex-socialist riding a fat Harley Davidson, who enters boardrooms wearing jeans and cowboy boots and a long, black coat?
You shouldn’t.
Unless you want to have your ideas about communication, coaching and leadership taken apart and rearranged into a way that might seem strange, but which you quickly realize make perfect sense.
I have travelled the world with a spiritual perspective and a business perspective, and have used this unique combination in the boardrooms of some of Norway’s largest and most successful companies.
I coached companies to increase revenue by $12 million in only 1 short year, helped CEOs change the way they speak with employees and thereby reducing staff turnover.
But more importantly, I now teach people to become coaches using my unique coaching system, Leadership by Heart.
With 5 Essential Steps, my system creates genuine and deep connections, transforms problems into resources, helps you find your true path, and turn your dreams into reality.
How did I get to where I am today?
The story is quite simple.
I had a boss who beat his staff, shouted and screamed orders, and created an environment of fear. It was a place where communication hadn’t as much broken down, as run away.
The dread I felt about going to work became too much for me. This wasn’t how I wanted to live my life.
I ended up leaving and realized I needed to avoid this in the future.
I wanted an environment of clear communication, of caring and of deep connections.
This led me to a long journey, taking me to meet some beautiful people all around the globe, studying some of the best people around.
During this time I tried many lifestyles and professions. From recording records and being a DJ, to living as a monk and travelling to temples and holy places in India.
All these experiences helped me put together my unique 5-step system called Leadership by Heart. And ever since I started, it has transformed people’s lives, as well as my own.
It’s a system to help you find your deeper purpose and live congruently.
It helps you have deep communication, simple and quick.
It transforms your problems and obstacles into resources.
It helps you manifest what you truly want, from your deepest self.
It helps you live mindfully, every day, moment to moment.
By having peace within, you can have a purpose in your daily life, making each day a transformational experience of personal growth.
