Beskrivning
You will learn principles you can apply in real pioneering situations in Europe. Lecture phase includes making a Mission assignment, that will give you help and directions in your pioneering. Following the school, you will have the opportunity to work in a pioneering team and establishing new YWAM ministries in the cities of Europe. For the two first years of your ministry, you’ll be offered mentoring and follow-up from experienced YWAM leaders.
You don’t need to come as a team or with specific plans for where you wish to pioneer. Just come with a desire to work and pioneer in Europe in the years to come. However; if you are part of an already existing team working in Europe, you are most welcome to apply.
The School of Pioneering and Leadership (SOPL) is accredited by the UofN.
